3. Every strike -in-row - 3 pts
after 4 strikes - ex:
7 strikes in a row = 9 pts - 4 + 3 x 3 = 9 pts

250 game = 10 pts / 260 game = 20 pts
270 game = 30 pts / 280 game = 40 pts
